OBJECT
The current general terms and conditions form part of every contract concluded between the Wine Producers’ Association of Sion (hereinafter referred to as “AES”) and the Client, whether concluded online or by other means.
By making this reservation, you accept and agree to behave appropriately towards the guide, the driver and/or wine producer(s). Furthermore, you agree to respect their work and the products offered. In the case of inappropriate behaviour, the wine producer(s), the guide and/or driver reserves the right to exclude you from the event (without refund).
AVAILABILITY
The tours are available depending on the availability of the service providers (guide, wineries, restaurants, etc.) applicable to the tour package in question.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
When booking online, the Client must provide a valid email address on the booking form. The Hotel is not responsible for the consequences of receiving incorrect information.
When the Client provides credit card information to confirm and validate the card, AES is authorised to debit the card within the limits of the cancellation clause. Following the debit of the Client’s card, AES commits to sending a debit confirmation to the Client.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
The Client(s) must present themselves at the place and date of the tour as confirmed by AES. If a Client does not arrive for a booked tour, AES reserves the right to invoice the full amount. The tour will end at the place and date as confirmed by AES.
WAIVER AND CANCELLATION
The Client can cancel the booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Beyond this period, we will invoice the full amount.
PRICES
All prices are in Swiss Francs. All prices include any taxes (including VAT).
PAYMENT METHODS
Full payment for the number of tours reserved must be guaranteed by a credit card through our online booking system.
Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
Subject to other conditions expressly provided for in writing between the Client and the AES, the AES reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been made within the prescribed period.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client is liable for any damages caused by his/her actions, omission or negligence. If the damage is discovered after the Client’s departure, AES reserves the right to charge the price of repairing the damage to the Client’s credit or debit card or to send the Client an invoice corresponding to the price of repairing the damage.
FORCE MAJEURE
The AES is not responsible nor liable for any compensation or indemnity if prevented from fulfilling any contractual obligations due to force majeure or if the Client has been affected in some way as a result of force majeure. “Force majeure” means any event that cannot reasonably be foreseen or avoided by the AES, such as, for example, a natural or nuclear disaster, war or threats of war, terrorist activities or real threats of terrorist activities, strikes, floods, fires, etc.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The current general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute between the Client and the AES under these general terms and conditions shall be exclusively submitted to the Swiss courts. The place of jurisdiction is 1950 Sion (Switzerland).
